Josh Wright is a founding Director of Crew Commercial and one of the Gold Coast’s most experienced commercial property specialists. Since 2006, he has built a strong reputation in commercial and industrial sales and leasing, known for his market insight, strategic thinking and ability to guide clients toward the right outcome.

Josh brings value well beyond the transaction itself. He is known for seeing the full picture, identifying risks early and tailoring the strategy to suit the asset, the market and the client’s goals. With a background in business, marketing and management, he combines commercial thinking with clear positioning and campaigns that cut through to the right buyers and tenants.

Before co-founding Crew Commercial in 2021, Josh worked across both international and privately owned agencies, helping grow market share, build teams and strengthen brand presence in the Gold Coast industrial market. Community

Outside work, Josh is a family man with a sharp mind that rarely switches off. He lives on acreage surrounded by trees, which helps balance his active mind, and spends as much time as possible with his wife and three kids.

Josh volunteers at Colleges Rugby Club, where he helps referee junior games and supports the coaches. He also formerly volunteered with the State Emergency Service for more than five years, including flood boat rescue work.
