Crew Commercial provides a dynamic work environment that delivers our clients and customers a personable and highly skilled service offering. We have a professional and caring culture which enables our agents, property managers and administration staff to communicate openly and move as a team to achieve the best possible result.
Since launching with five founding agents in 2021, we have grown to a team of 22 property professionals across our Brisbane and Gold Coast offices, selling and leasing more than 1,000 properties along the way. You can see the whole journey on our Milestones page.
Our staff are justly rewarded for their efforts in a model that encourages individual growth while being supported by our brand, systems, directors and wider team. That support extends beyond the office: we donate to mental health charity LIVIN for every sale and lease we transact, and our people give their own time to community causes across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We are very selective when choosing to partner with new staff in order to protect our brand and clients. That being said, we are excited about our growth and enjoy cultivating our expanding network.
