Our expertise in innovative, targeted marketing campaigns consistantly achieve record sale prices. By combining multiple marketing mediums, with thoughtful and succinct messaging, we engage buyers and tenants in a manner that draws them to your property.
For example, our social media coverage creates direct enquiries from targeted demographics that have regularly converted to the highest offer. While other agencies may claim to use social media, they usually just post a photo and hope, employ an outside consultant that charges circa 10% of the client’s marketing spend, handover the task to a junior marketing rep that landed a job in their office, or worse still use one of the internet advertising portals to push social ads which means the agency’s clients do not get the benefit of previous campaign metrics.
At Crew Commercial we undertake all marketing initiatives in-house. We use a marketing booking agency for the sole purpose of ensuring pricing is correct and client’s funds are handled as if it were trust monies. This provides three benefits:

Crew Milestones
We have grown from a five person industrial centric real estate agency to a fully fledged market leader with a flat platform for specialists in every type of commercial property to succeed. The following provides a brief background on some important milestones for Crew Commercial.
December 2020 – Two Brisbane and three Gold Coast based industrial agents gave notice to cease their employment at a large internationally owned real estate agency. This was a result of a long term realisation that the inherent obstacles of working for a conglomerate restricted the quality of the services that could be provided at the coal face. We wanted to build a platform that supported our staff and enable outstanding agents to excel with unrestricted potential. Many long term clients still make comment to us about the Newscorp article at the time that was entitled “Mass Exodus from Major Real Estate Agency”.
February 2021 – Crew Commercial was launched with offices in both Brisbane and Gold Coast. Our branding was carefully thought out with our absolute commitment to teamwork proudly highlighted in our namesake, bold attitude reflected with signboards presenting standout orange colouring in front of a steadfast blue background, and social media coverage that made the competition slowly realise the potential of targeted marketing. Our five directors were mutually supported with long term clientele and fought hard to win new clients.
April 2021 – An experienced and highly regarded retail agent was identified and secured to expand our service offering.
August 2021 – Our first administration assistant was employed. This trusted staff member was a pivotal team member who lessened the workload of the founding members.
September 2021 – 100 deals 100 coffees promotion was launched to celebrate reaching such a notable milestone. Our directors and staff networked with clients and the general public in our local market where we bought coffees to spread the name of our growing business.
November 2021 – Gold Coast office moved from a small room in Bundall which we had fitted out by laying carpet tiles purchased from a Gumtree ad (we were informed on pick up that they had been decommissioned from a Queensland Government medical “office”, but we were too excited to be concerned). We leased a 140sqm office tenancy in Bay Street, Southport and conducted our own fitout (this time with new carpet tiles).
Meanwhile, Brisbane office moved from a shared area provided by a client to Qualtrough Street, Woolloongabba opposite The Norman Hotel. We conducted our own office fitout converting an older space into our own modern collaborative office.
January 2022 – Crew Management was launched as a new business line. Our retail agent was recognised as an outstanding service provider with her role expanded to Head of Property Management and integrated as a shareholder in the new business to ensure longevity and ultimate commitment to our clients and staff.
February 2022– Our second birthday was celebrated by hand delivering 50 birthday cakes to our top clients, customers and stakeholders across South East Queensland.
Early to mid 2022 – Two rookie agents, an administration assistant, and two personal assistants were employed in succession across our two offices. We committed to training our brokers and administration staff from scratch in our Crew systems and methodology to ensure the best possible service was provided.
September 2022 – Crew Commercial sold one of the highest valued industrial land parcels on the Gold Coast for a record $32,000,000 via a six week national campaign. This outwardly proved that our knowledge, connections and systems exceeded that of our competitors.
November 2022 – Crew Commercial announced as Finalist for Commercial Agency of The Year at the AREA Awards, a national presentation by industry leading REA Group. To be recognised as the top commercial agency in Australia was quite the coup considering it was based on our results from just our first year operating.
March 2023 – Our back of house support was bolstered hiring an experienced real estate administrator as an internal compliance officer to reduce daily duties on the directors. In addition, a new assistant property manager was hired and trained from scratch.
June 2023 – Partnership announced with local charity LIVIN whereby we committed to donating funds for every transaction we negotiate.
August 2023 – Over 100 tenancies actively managed by Crew Management.
October 2023 – Our directors secured the multi-tenanted, freehold property in the Southport CBD via off-market discussions with our then landlord.
November 2023 – An experienced and highly personable agent was highlighted and secured from a competing agency to drive our commercial office sales and leasing division. In addition, an upcoming agent was secured from a competing agency for our Brisbane office.
November 2023 – Over 500 property transactions completed by Crew Commercial.
March 2024 – Over 550 property transactions completed by Crew Commercial
April 2024 – Demolition of multiple tenancies at our Southport office to create a single floor plate in preparation for future business growth.
May 2024 – Another property manager was hired from a competing agency to boost our burgeoning commercial property management business. This enabled our internal systems to be streamlined to improve service and ensure capacity for future business growth.
