Jaclyn Edney has been building her career in commercial real estate since 2017 and plays a key role behind the scenes at Crew Commercial. As Office Manager, she works across operations, contracts administration, finance, HR, IT and marketing support, helping keep the business organised, compliant and moving.
Before joining the property industry, Jaclyn built her early career in London, graduating with a BA in Business and Marketing and progressing to Account Director at a full-service agency, where she managed CRM programs for major brands including Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Odeon Cinemas and easyJet. She then spent six years in the superyacht industry, rising to Chief Stewardess, where she developed the stamina, precision and service standards that still shape her work today.
Organised, adaptable and analytical, Jaclyn thrives on variety and is trusted by the directors to support the business across a wide range of moving parts. She brings a rare mix of commercial thinking, project management and high-level service to the Crew team.
