Daniel Coburn is a senior industrial and logistics property advisor with more than two decades of specialist experience across the Gold Coast and broader South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales markets.

Since commencing his industrial real estate career in 2006, Daniel has advised a diverse client base including private and institutional developers, high-net-worth investors, property syndicates, REITs, receivers and managers, government departments, and national and global occupiers.

Daniel’s experience spans englobo land, industrial land estates, logistics facilities, business parks and strata-titled developments. He is recognised for his disciplined, methodical approach and his ability to navigate complex transactions with clarity, efficiency, and discretion.

Over the course of his career, Daniel has negotiated in excess of $690 million in industrial property sales and more than $22 million per annum in leasing transactions, acting on assets ranging from large-scale development sites to income-producing logistics facilities.
