What Is The Sales Process?
Units can be placed on hold via a simple EOI form available from the marketing agent.
Upon acceptance of the EOI a refundable $5,000 deposit is to be paid into the nominated trust account.
The seller's solicitor will then provide the contract of sale for your review.
Upon execution of the contract the deposit will typically increase to the agree deposit amount (usually 10% of the contract price), with the remainder payable upon settlement. If contracts are not executed the refundable deposit will be returned to the buyer.
