Josh is a marketing strategist and process optimiser. He is driven by a desire to succeed and assist others. His passion for business and marketing led him to specialise in the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial properties in his hometown of the Gold Coast. He has specialised in this field since 2006 and has negotiated over 600 sales and leases making him the most active broker in the area. He is the assigned real estate licencee for our Gold Coast office and has an energy matched by few others in the industry.

Josh is responsible for negotiating the sale of large freehold land parcels including one of the highest valued industrial land sales ever transacted on the Gold Coast. 22 Rudman Parade, Burleigh Heads consisted of 55,020sqm of heavy impact industry land with seven sitting tenants. The property was marketed nationally with a six week campaign resulting in 139 qualified enquiries, 9 genuine offers, and a sale price of $32,000,000 via a 30 day unconditional contract.

He is highly experienced in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns for whole industrial unit complexes having completed 22 units at Central on Case in Southport, 17 units at 23 Margaret Street in Southport, 16 units at Bundall Base in Strathaird Road, and is about to commence 16 units at On Demand in Arundel.

He has been building, cultivating and leveraging relationships in the local market for 17 years. Josh has closed major transactions with large operators such as DHL, FedEx/TNT, Australia Post, and Bidvest while also servicing local businesses that are the backbone of the Gold Coast economy. With a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Marketing and Management), Josh has built a solid reputation of diligently following through on his promises and maintaining focus on achieving his client’s goals while keeping them continuously informed.

Josh loves solving problems which is reflected in his commitment to service having previously volunteered for the State Emergency Service (Senior Field Operations Member & team leader at Carrara Group) where he assisted with flood boat, storm damage, and inter-agency operations with Queensland Police Service. He is currently taking a sabbatical from this service in order to focus on growing Crew Commercial while raising his young family.
