Crew Commercial has sold a 91sqm office space within Tower 3 of Southport Central.

The premises has a 91sqm floor area with a view to the retail precinct. "We consider this to be an entry level office offering as it had an asking price of only $280,000", said Josh Wright of Crew Commercial.

26 enquiries were received for the property with the end purchaser being a private investor who intends to offer the premises for lease before moving their own solicitor firm into the premises. The property was sold with a tenant in place enabling a going concern sale.

The sale was handled by Keegan Adams and Josh Wright from Crew Commercial.
