Crew Commercial, a real estate company that specialises in industrial and commercial properties in Brisbane & the Gold Coast, is poised to celebrate negotiating 100 transactions. This is no mean feat considering the agency only launched in February this year.

The owner operated agency is giving back to the local business community by buying coffees for the first 100 locals through the door of their local café close to their Gold Coast office.

Crew Commercial believes in the importance of supporting local business. In fact, helping businesses expand and contract is exactly what the company facilitates. Crew Commercial could not have reached this important milestone of 100 deals so quickly without the support of local businesses and local investors. While all our brokers are experienced agents that have looked after their local patches for years, the uptake of our service for a new agency is quite remarkable.

Many businesses have been able to pivot and produce additional earnings over this Covid period, but there are also other businesses that are negatively impacted by their customers not being so willing to be out and about. Local cafes are good example of this.

100 deals / 100 coffees will be held on Tuesday 14 September 2021 from 8am at Roller Door Espresso. The café is located at 85 Ashmore Road in Bundall and the team at Crew Commercial look forward to surprising unsuspecting locals with their free beverage.
