Crew Commercial sponsors the Morningside "Panthers" AFC. We support this community group not only by donating for signage at their home ground; one of our directors, Clint Bott, dedicates his own time to coach one of the junior teams.
The Morningside Australian Football Club is based at Jack Esplen Oval in the suburb of Hawthorne in Brisbane. The club consists of Masters, Amateurs, Women's, Junior and Senior football sections.
Morningside has produced some of the best Queensland-bred Australian rules footballers of the last 50 years, including triple-premiership winning Brisbane Lions captain Michael Voss, his teammate fullback Mal Michael, and Voss's brother Brett Voss, who played at Brisbane and St Kilda. Current players include Keidean Coleman of the Brisbane Lions and Ben Keays, who captains the Adelaide Crows.
