GOLD COAST SHOWROOM - NEW LEASE

Celebration Hub, “the largest party shop on the Gold Coast”, has relocated to a new location at 1/118 Brisbane Road, Labrador. The new Gold Coast showroom lease was negotiated by Jacob Zhou and Dave Kertesz from Crew Commercial.

The new premises is located in a prime position on Brisbane Road, a main arterial road, just across from the popular Harbour Town Shopping Centre. The tenant made the decision to lease Gold Coast showroom to showcase its extensive range of party supplies while creating an immersive shopping experience for customers.

“There has been strong rental growth in the Labrador area over the past 12 months”, said leasing agent Jacob Zhou. “We were able to achieve a significant rental increase for our client in comparison to the previous lease.”

The Gold Coast commercial property landscape is currently flourishing, driven by strong population growth and limited appropriately zoned land.

The move to this 502sqm Gold Coast showroom is a significant milestone for Celebration Hub. “We are pleased to have been able to facilitate this relocation, reaching an agreement that works for all parties”, said Dave Kertesz.
