Crew Commercial has successfully completed a landmark sales transaction within the Yatala Enterprise Area.

29 Homestead Drive, Stapylton has sold for $5,300,000 + GST which represents a sales rate of over $3,000 per square meter.

The property was designed by well renowned architect Jared Poole and featured the latest in smart security and building automation.

The building totalled an area of 1,762 sqm on a 2,913sqm land parcel and is well positioned within Frasers Yatala Vantage Estate.

Occupiers of the Vantage Estate will have access to Vantage Yatala’s extensive Premium Estate amenities, which includes a 2.3-hectare open space reserve, 5.5 kilometres of running track, two outdoor gyms, as well as outdoor barbecue and shelter areas.

The property included 295sqm of corporate style office and mezzanine and 1,447sqm of high clearance warehouse.

The new purchaser will look to occupy the building as a centralised hub for their existing supplement and beverage business which is Australia wide.

The building was constructed by Local Commercial Industrial who will now look to construct a 2,866sqm building on neighbouring Eastridge Street which is also located within the Vantage Estate.
