Commercial Agency of the Year - Finalist

Crew Commercial has been announced as a finalist for “Commercial Agency of the Year” for the whole of Australia. The AREA Awards are commissioned by RealEstate.com.au and their sister commercial real estate portal RealCommercial.com.au. Both websites are the number one searched portal in Australia for their respective property categories.

Crew Commercial commenced operations in 2001 and is owned and operated by five experienced industrial real estate agents being Clint Bott, Josh Wright, Dave Kertesz, Corbin Crain and Jacob Zhou. The company has offices in Southport and Woolloongabba.

“The directors and staff of Crew Commercial are ecstatic with the nomination as Commercial Agency of the Year. What makes it remarkable is that the nomination is based on our 2022 results, which was only our second year of operating. Being selected as finalist is quite the thrill and gives credence to all the hard work by our team.”

Crew Commercial is the only Queensland owned company with only four agencies nominated in the category. The agency negotiated 136 sales and leases in that calendar year which they are confident is greater than any of their competitors of similar size.

The agency has subsequently launched their property management services just six months ago with over 50 tenancies already under management.

“We see this as recognition that our unique partnership formation and branding has had cut through in the market. We have done this all under our own steam, without assistance from external advisors or marketing teams.”

The winners of the AREA awards will be announced at a gala dinner in Sydney on 27 April.
