New industrial complex - Arundel

16 unit industrial complex on the Gold Coast released to the market

On Demand, a brand new 16 unit industrial complex has been announced for the thriving suburb of Arundel on the Gold Coast. The tenancies will have ground floor areas ranging between 95sqm and 170sqm. Each unit will have an approved mezzanine floor that will only be built by the developer upon request.

“This approach by the developer provides the flexibility to have high clearance racking, or a large mezzanine office later down the track if they so choose”, said industrial property expert Josh Wright.

The new development will be located at 35 Demand Avenue, Arundel which sold earlier this year to a locally based developer. Potential purchasers have been invited to register their interest to receive the building plans and price list.

Crew Commercial has been appointed as the exclusive agents for the development.

“We continue to receive strong demand from purchasers of industrial strata units. We had 36 enquiries on the first day of launching which shows the strength of the local market”, said Mr Wright.

Crew Commercial specialises in the sales, leasing, development and management of industrial and commercial properties in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales.
